Meet the Photographer
Kirk Kennedy Photography is a studio run by Ken Brantley, O.D., C.P.P. Dr. Brantley is a vision specialist with 30 years of clinical experience and a member of the International Keratoconus Academy. He is also a member of the Professional Photographers of America.
Over the years, his work with ophthalmic eyewear brands has appeared in various fashion brand collaborations, advertisements, and editorial placements. Ken was recently featured in Eyecare Business for his work as an artist and vision care provider.
Ken's work has been in publications internationally, on corporate websites, designer social media, and numerous promotional catalogs. Ken is a Certified Professional Photographer based in Atlanta, GA. Specializing in concerts, eyewear, fashion events, headshots, lifestyle, reportage, and wedding photography.
Ken Brantley is both our lead photographer and creative director. He is passionate about photography and education as a lecturer; he has conducted multiple master classes and professional workshops, including several for the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and the Huntsville Professional Photographers of America (HSVPPA). He offers guidance and resources in his Photography Master Classes.
Artistically, he creates commissioned "Black Label Services" including color "Heirloom Portraiture" (TM) and monochromatic art collections for discerning art collectors. His debut fine art monochromatic collection, "Faces," was publicly showcased at the Optique Gallery in winter 2021 and again in spring 2022 as a solo exhibition through Arts Huntsville. Ken enjoys connecting with each client creatively and developing a creative plan unique to their needs. Outside of photography, Ken enjoys kayaking, biking, and creating music.
